Last month, Claudia Chan was the keynote speaker at the Rev Up 2030 Conference, hosted by CADIA, that convened 300 automotive executives representing manufacturers, suppliers, and agencies.
During her presentation, Claudia took her knowledge as author/ course instructor of How We Rise, and CEO/ founder of SHE Globl, and used it to inspire those that attended into redefining leadership, unleash a movement of change, excelling in all areas of life through a term she coined as leading a “Whole Life Leadership.”
As Claudia Chan has emphasized in her work as CEO/ founder of SHE Globl, and author/ course instructor of How We Rise, anyone can become a leader if they lead from where they are. All it takes is redefining leadership by treating your “whole life” as the organization you are leading. You are the sum of your parts, and the whole cannot thrive unless all your individual parts thrive as well.
