Unleashing Influence
Leading change to create more thriving and equitable workplaces, industries and communities for our future, while optimizing mental health and personal and family well-being–is some of the HARDEST work ahead of us, but it doesn’t have to be. Our 2019 theme will focus on UNLEASHING INFLUENCE – what pressing issues and innovations need your influence, how to cultivate the internal tools and leadership to influence, and how we can lead in a way so our whole-lives thrive.
Day One
When it comes to diversity, equity and inclusion today, what does it take to reimagine this work? How do we take actionable steps but also build more nuanced approaches to addressing and interrupting bias and true equity within our workplaces and cultures. How do we define true equity that is not only measured but also experienced and felt? How do we cultivate the next level courage and community to do this work.
