Kelly McLay tries to live life to its fullest everyday. Mom, wife, marathoner, global traveler, and entrepreneur she values living by the mantra, “happy days.” At 24 she went through menopause. The diagnosis spiraled her world leading to a journey of overcoming obstacles and striving for success. A two-time seven continent marathon finisher with 65+ total 42K courses under her belt, Kelly has been featured in Women’s Health, as guest panelist for “Women with Grit” at Boston Speaks, and is a contributing author in the book Tales from the Trails, runners stories that inspire and transform. Kelly is one of 41 women in the world to have completed the World Marathon Challenge, 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days and the first woman to complete both the World Marathon Challenge and the World Marathon Majors. In 2016, she launched Fitness International Travel bringing runners around the world to run marathons. A graduate of Bowdoin College, Kelly resides just north of Boston with her husband John and baby Scarlett.
