Lucas is passionate about connection, community and emotional wellness. As CEO and Co-Founder of EVRYMAN, he leads a global organization that brings men together to develop their emotional skillset, enabling deeper connections with themselves and others. Since launching in 2017, EVRYMAN has supported thousands of men to lead happier, healthier, more connected lives via retreats, workshops and weekly groups. EVRYMAN works with companies and corporate teams to implement emotional wellness and male-female allyship programs. EVRYMAN has been featured in the New York Times, Men’s Health, GQ and The Today Show. Lucas believes emotional leadership is core to developing a work culture that is heart-centered and provides emotional safety for employees, leading to stronger team dynamics, retention and a more productive, collaborative work culture. Lucas held executive leadership positions at Fortune 100 technology companies with a focus on advertising technology. Prior to moving to New York City in 2010 Lucas spent 10 years overseas working in media consulting and publishing. Lucas grew up in Kansas where he attended an all boys Jesuit High School. He holds a BA in Journalism and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Lucas Krump
