Head of Multicultural Engagement at Hilton
Andréa Richardson is the Head of Multicultural Engagement at Hilton, serving as a liaison to diverse communities and helping champion multicultural initiatives for Hilton’s Global Corporate Affairs. Over the course of her career, Andréa has been named Out & Equal’s Outstanding Champion, Black Enterprise Magazine’s Top Female Executive in Advertising & Marketing and, most recently, one of the 100 Most Influential Persons of African Descent in Business and Entrepreneurship as proclaimed by United Nations General Assembly. Andréa earned her Bachelor of Arts from Pace University and an MBA with a specialization in Media Management from Metropolitan College of New York. Prior to Hilton, Andréa built 15 years of marketing experience including consulting and project management for clients within the education, hospitality, luxury-retail and technology verticals. She also held marketing leadership roles at Condé Nast Publications, Advertising Age and the Better Business Bureau in New York. She is a proactive marketer and a creative problem solver; both a leader and a collaborative team member with a demonstrated track record of delivering above average results for multiple business stakeholder groups.
