She advises some of the foremost Fortune 100 brands and media companies in the world from Verizon to Complex to NIKE Women, on how to reach female consumers.  Kathleen’s unique model operates at the intersection of media, advertising, technology and finance. Prior to founding Grayce & Co, Kathleen held positions as Managing Director at creative agency mcgarrybowen and as Senior Partner at Ogilvy & Mather.A champion of women’s causes, Kathleen serves on the committee of Cannes Lions’ ‘See It Be It’, which fosters the advancement and representation of female creative talent. In 2016, she launched Grayce & Co Ventures which is now attached to a $50M venture fund to invest in startups that are both women-oriented and purpose-driven.  And  she created Build Like A Woman to help female entrepreneurs scale with practical brand building tools.  She is heavily involved in the technology and venture communities.Her work has been recognized with awards, including a Cannes Gold Lion for creativity and an Effie for effectiveness. She has been featured as ‘A Top 40 Disruptor’ by ADWEEK, ‘Female Lead’ by Fast Company, ‘Leading Woman In Business’ by Huffington Post, ‘Creative Innovator’ by Conde Nast, IBM Think Leader, Women in the World featured entrepreneur and as a Facebook Live ‘business leader.’  She has appeared as a judge on the BBC’s Apprentice and investor on Elevator Pitch.
