Paula Glickenhaus is currently the Vice President of Global Indirect Procurement with Bacardi Limited where she is responsible for all Commercial and Non- Direct Sourcing globally. Previously she was VP, Strategic Sourcing with Viacom Inc. Prior to her time with Viacom, she was the Senior Director of Global Procurement Strategy & COE with Mondelez International. Paula spent her early career with Colgate Palmolive, where she was cross trained in different areas of the business: Plant Manager for a Flavors & Fragrance Production facility, P2P Global Project Lead and eProcurement Manager. Her last job at Colgate was as the Head of Indirect Procurement, North America & Corporate where she led procurement activities for the North America Division and Corporate business Units. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science in Finances from Universidad Externado de Colombia as well as a Masters in International Business from University EAFIT and a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University in the city of NY. Paula is currently a fellow at NYC 92Y Women in Power program and a partner with the City of New York Education department mentoring high school students.
