In order for all of us to be able to do our best work, we need to feel a sense of belonging and that we can engage as our true selves – this is what inclusion is. Creating an inclusive culture where all can thrive requires building inclusive mindsets, values, tools, skills and perspectives amongst employees. In this program, you will be invited to reflect on and explore how you can engage as an inclusive leader by recognizing biases and blindspots, advocating for others and learning best practices and policies on how to build and inclusive culture at your company.
