Noa is the global head of the 10,000 Women program, an initiative to provide women entrepreneurs in developing countries with education, access to networks, mentors and capital. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2007 as an associate and was named managing director in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, Noa held several positions in the Clinton Administration, first in the speechwriting office of First Lady Hillary Clinton and then at the United States Agency for International Development, focused on political development in the Balkans and East Timor. Her previous experience includes work at a number of nonprofit organizations and private foundations focused on global development. Noa has worked on two presidential campaigns and one prime ministerial campaign internationally. Noa is a term member at the Council on Foreign Relations and an advisor at the Clinton Global Initiative. Noa earned a BA with honors from Vassar College.
