Now In its 7th year, S.H.E. Summit celebrates and accelerates intersectional equality by connecting, educating and activating talent in the global workplace. A 2-day transformational offsite leadership experience, S.H.E. Summit awakens higher purpose and renewed energy for leadership advancement and culture change. Each year, we curate a 20-session conference program over 2 days featuring 50+ thought leaders and movement drivers of today’s most relevant gender, diversity and cultural issues to propel the leadership and actions of 100,000+ passionate influencers representing the private sector, public sector, and media.
S.H.E. Summit is the flagship event of S.H.E. Globl, a media and education company that helps organizations create cultures of true equity through a 360° ecosystem of services and strategic tools that unlock the latent potential to create lasting culture change. Founded by leadership author and social entrepreneur Claudia Chan, S.H.E. Globl Media works with corporations seeking a strategic advantage to reach their potential by developing and engaging a diverse and inclusive workforce.
In 2012 leadership author and social entrepreneur Claudia Chan noticed that the people around her were not engaged in women’s issues, so she launched S.H.E. Summit as a platform to activate them as change agents to fuel movements in topics most personal to them. Six years later, citizen engagement is at a historic peak. The pervasive inequality and injustice today in society, business, and industries around the globe have been revealed. From Claudia’s perspective, the world needs an even stronger vehicle to drive change. After working with corporate partners for 6 years, she believes the global private sector is one of the greatest forces we have to accelerate change because of the people they impact through their employee culture, value chain, industry, product and service quality, advertising and global footprint. To accelerate the equality and empowerment of all humans, S.H.E. believes the next wave of powerful change agents will rise from inside global workplaces.
